Enquiries via the contact form. When you send us an enquiry, we process your full name, e-mail address, phone number (if provided) and the text of your message. Together with the enquiry, we also receive technical information about how you reached our website (the referring page, the page you landed on and any campaign parameters in the address) and the time you first loaded the website. We use this data to reply to you and prepare a quote (steps taken prior to entering into a contract) and to learn which traffic sources bring us enquiries (our legitimate interest in evaluating our marketing). We keep enquiries for as long as we are discussing the project. If no cooperation follows, we delete them no later than 3 years after our last communication (the general limitation period under Section 629 of the Czech Civil Code). If a contract results from the enquiry, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and then for as long as required by law or for as long as rights arising from the contract can be exercised.

Visitor analytics (Google Analytics 4). We measure website traffic with Google Analytics 4 only if you give us your consent in the bar at the bottom of the page. Without consent, nothing is measured. Once you consent, Google stores cookies in your browser (_ga and _ga_...) and processes data about the pages viewed, approximate location, device type and traffic source. The data is used for statistics and to improve the website. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited; data may be transferred to the USA on the basis of standard contractual clauses. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this website's stored data in your browser; the bar will then appear again and no measurement will start without new consent. Your choice (consent or refusal) is stored in your browser as a strictly necessary record, not as a third-party cookie.

E-mail communication. If you write to us by e-mail, we keep the correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your request and to exercise any rights arising from our negotiations or contract.

• Resend (Resend, Inc.): sending enquiry e-mails from the form; mail servers in the European Union (Amazon Web Services, Ireland).
• ImprovMX: mail delivery to kristyna@skopealabs.cz.
• Google (Google Ireland Limited): Gmail mailbox for receiving mail and Google Analytics 4 (only with consent).

We do not share your data with anyone else, we do not sell it and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw your consent to visitor analytics at any time. Please send your requests to kristyna@skopealabs.cz. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. The website runs exclusively over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only the people who handle enquiries have access to them.
